Become the local area “Go To” agent
Every area has a top agent, usually someone that has been there for a long time and is known by lots of people. Now you can start to break that position down and build yourself into that “Go To” position, and it can happen quickly in the online world.
You can demonstrate your expertise and knowledge of the local market by producing simple articles or videos, describing what’s happening in the market at the moment. Discuss the latest sales, the direction of the market and anything else that your clients may be interested in. You can do this in such a timely fashion you will simply appear to have your finger on the pulse of the market
